ALL appointments can be customized to fit your needs. You can have face to face sessions or phone sessions, or even online sessions. The face to face session can be at a location of your choice but within 6 miles of the dietitian to avoid additional transportation fees.

Transformation Package-Includes your initial appointment, plus 10 follow up appointments, unlimited texting, and a the Healthfix program book full of meal plans and recipes 599$

One-on-one cooking class at your residence-75$ Includes shopping with you for ingredients, the actual cooking demo, and even your personalized recipe- Try this for a date night, for fun, or for a learning experience

Personal shopping-60$ fee added onto cost of foods at a location of your choice. If you add on another store, there will be an additional charge

Personalized Shopping Package-includes an Initial Nutritional Consult, two Shopping Trips and a weeks worth of menus-199$

Personal trainer- 1/2 hour at a location of your choice (outdoors) or at your home-60$ or full hour for 100$
