• Individualized nutritional counseling- either face to face or Telehealth- Initial Session-1 hour-if face to face you may choose a location  as long as is within 7 miles of dietitian 100$

• Follow up sessions 1/2 hour-60$

• Grocery tour- 30 minutes at grocery store of your choice as long as is within 7 miles of dietitian location-60$

• Personal shopping-60$ fee added onto food cost (one location only with option to add a location with additional fees)

• Personal strength and conditioning coach session- 1/2 hour-60$

• 1 hour 100$
